Accommodation
The apartment is on the first floor and is accessed by stairs leading from the front
door. There is a stair gate at the top for keeping toddlers and pets in (or out)!
There is no gas so heating and hot water are all electric (included in the price).
Living Room
Spacious and airy with windows to the front and rear. Two leather sofas (easy to
wipe if you spill the wine!), one of which is also a double sofa bed. Coffee table,
TV, DVD and CD/Radio sound system.
A built-in cupboard with books, games, DVDs etc. The living room includes the dining
area which seats four (more chairs in the garage).
Kitchen
Built-in oven, hob & extractor hood, microwave, fridge, toaster and all the
pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and utensils you would expect at home.
Bathroom
Full size bath with electric shower (and a hand shower on the taps), basin and WC.
Electric shaver point and towel rail (towels not included).
Double Bedroom
Double bed with memory
foam mattress, side tables and lamps. Wardrobe with hanging rail and drawers, chair,
storage heater and peg rack. Mirror and a window to the front. All bedding included.
Bunk Room
Full size bunk beds with foam mattresses, side table and lamp. Chest
of drawers, peg rack, storage heater and a window overlooking the garden. All bedding
included.
Garage
This is not really capable of taking a
car anymore as we have converted it to contain a laundry area with built-in washing
machine and tumble drier, There is also a sink and freezer, patio furniture and
a barbeque. The garage is ideal for storing bikes, canoes, windsurfers, prams etc.
It’s also great for drying off wet clothes after a good day out on the water or
walking on the hills and cliffs. There is a door to the rear garden and a hose.
Outside
Parking for two cars at the front (or one and
a small boat). At the rear is a small garden for sitting out in and a rotary clothes
line for drying all boat). At the rear is a small garden for sitting out in and
a rotary clothes line for drying au naturel.
