A delightfully informal first floor holiday apartment on the edge of Devon’s most popular seaside village!

Sleeps four in one double bedroom and one twin room.
There is parking for two cars (or one and a small boat), a small garden and a garage which is ideal for storing bikes, canoes, windsurfers, prams, etc.

The garage also contains a full laundry area for washing and drying your clothes after you've been out all day having fun.

Just a short walk from the tidal creek and in the heart of the Dartmouth AONB and National Trust woods, Up the Creek is a perfect location for almost any kind of holiday you want.

It’s close enough to all the bustle and fun of Dartmouth (and Torbay) but far away enough from both if you prefer a bit of peace and quiet.

The flat is furnished in a clean and unfussy way but is nevertheless very comfortable with leather sofas and proper kitchen and bathroom facilities.

It's strictly non-smoking but we do take pets so long as they are not too big, too numerous or too fierce!
